How a record earns its signature.
Every line on a record traces to something recorded in the field, at the time it happened.
At the punch
Every visit is placed.
A location fix is taken at clock in and clock out
Measured against the property. No fix, no shift.
Distance is stored in meters with device accuracy
A punch is placed, not just approved.
A punch outside the property is accepted
The tech’s stated reason is attached to it.
One fix at clock in, one at clock out. Nothing in between, nothing in the background.

The person who made it and the company they work for.
