Common questions
Why is the manager side free?
Managers bring the demand. Vendors pay to keep the properties they already won.
What counts as a property?
One community as it sits on the manager's rent roll, however many street addresses it spans. The manager creates it and enters the unit count, which sets the band. A garden-style community at 100, 104 and 108 Main is one property.
Do you charge per tech?
Never. Add the whole crew on day one.
Can a manager see what I pay my crew?
No. Managers see who was on the property, what was done and the hours against their units. Rates, wages and pay weeks are yours alone. There is no setting that changes this.
